Modern Life is Rubbish

“To be hopeful in bad times is not just foolishly romantic. It is based on the fact that human history is a history not only of cruelty, but also of compassion, sacrifice, courage and kindness… The future is an infinite succession of presents, and to live now as we think human beings should live, in defiance of all that is bad around us, is itself a marvelous victory.” ~ Howard Zinn.

What is a "False Flag Ops"?

Barrie Zwicker's excellent series on false flag operations or 'false flags' (FF), should be required reading for everyone. The world is getting more chaotic with each passing day. There are already more FF happening in the Western world so far this year, and more of them are expected because those who hold power are not like the rest of us, in a very real sense.

Ordinary, decent people need to know and understand these "staged event" so that we can better protect ourselves and our loved ones though how this will help protect us, i am not fully certain. The only thing i am quite certain is that in these times, 'knowledge protects while ignorance endangers'.

Read this eye-opening and very pertinent first part of the series, The Introduction, HERE (new link Here). Hopefully, you will learn to see the world more objectively after that.

We truly live in interesting times.

Excerpt:

Everyone has seen a False Flag Operation, but few have recognized one. The classic example is 9/11, seen by millions on TV but not recognized for what it really was – a treasonous inside job.

Unlike 9/11 and the 1964 Gulf of Tonkin “attack” (that never took place) and the 1933 torching of the Reichstag, the German parliament building, by Hitler (but which he blamed on “the communists”) not all False Flags are both large and brazen. In this series I will try to give some idea of the dizzying array of forms that False Flags take: false flag events, false flag pseudo-events, false flag front organizations and false flag operators. You can barely open a newspaper without seeing the telltale markings of a False Flag – if you know what these markings are.

What all False Flags have in common is that they are deceptions, a category of phenomena too ambitious for this series. But I will argue that historically, materially and politically the False Flag is the most important and damaging type of deception.

[...] False flag operations (we’re dropping the caps now) are the pre-eminent launching pad for wars, the usual smokescreen for assassinations, the all-purpose generator of moral panics, the stock-in-trade of the gigantic spy establishment. Black operations (almost always called “covert operations” – a term that somehow bestows acceptability) are frequently of the false flag variety. (Some black ops are just spying.)

There are explanations for the gross under-use of the term false flag operation, for this black hole in the language that helps keep hidden the reality behind it.

First is that false flag operations are planned and executed in utmost secrecy.

[...] The perpetrators of false flag operations are acutely aware of the importance of language. It is not just by the natural evolution of language that the term “the terrorist attacks of 9/11” has become the commonest descriptor – used almost universally on billions of occasions – of the treasonous criminal inside job of 9/11, which by no reasonable logic or linguistic rule could be called “an attack.” That compact descriptor contains the DNA of the 9/11 Big Lie, pre-defined by Mikhail Bakunin in a little-known phrase as “the propaganda of the act.”

[...] For the term “false flag operation” to become ever more widespread – as is slowly happening – as a clear and meaningful mental category, will be very injurious to the perpetrators of false flag ops and their ongoing agenda. They must exert birth control over truthful politically relevant terminology. Perhaps the most effective prophylactic developed by the masterminds of psychological warfare regarding 9/11 and other false flag ops is the thought spermicide “conspiracy theorist,” otherwise known as a language bomb.

[...] In Part 8, Left gatekeepers, as a sub-group within the total covert establishment, are close behind the totality of covert operators in the nasty damage department because of their knowing deliberate betrayal of a particular target population: well-meaning peace-loving Earth-caring citizens.

There is always a minority of the population, never more than 10 per cent, developing a political consciousness. It tends to grasp the larger picture – the picture that includes where power resides, who exercises it and how and why.

The Diaboligarchy knows that this minority must as much as possible be diverted, confused and if possible effectively lobotomized as a functioning part of what Peter Russell has called the Global Brain.

[...] Which is that the main reason peace (whatever your definition of it may be) does not prevail on Earth is because forces that benefit from conflict and war hold the balance of power and perhaps always have. While the majority of people have always wanted peace, the forces that benefit from conflict and war have been successful in tricking the majority into supporting wars. The rulers’ main weapon is deception, and their deceptions have become increasingly sophisticated.

[...] From an early age I took it for granted that world peace was the ultimate cause. My father was a United Church clergyman. “Prince of Peace” was the description of Jesus he most used. This goal has remained with me but paradoxically, because I’ve been obliged to revise my understandings of how the world works, has also taken a back seat.

The paradox rests on the hard-won understanding that we cannot achieve lasting peace without justice. And that we cannot achieve justice without securing truth.

It is time we understand there are really only two types of people in this world. Both types are alike in form but different in essence; a difference that is imperceptible to the human senses.

Hudud, Schmudud, What's Up Dude?

Wah, just look at this government's GE13 poster 'sponsored' by MCA. When i first heard about this on my favourite radio station, i know i had to see it. Most of the colour of this poster is green reflecting the PAS logo. Hudud again! Same old recycled news. Yawn...

First, let us debunk these myths about Islamic Hudud laws being implemented here.

The last i checked ah, the country is still a secular, democratic country, though the democratic part is still open to debate. It is not an Islamic country. Also the supreme law in this land is still the Malaysian Constitution, and not any other law or even any Islamic law.

Contrary to what the poster said, the 'highest' law of this land DOES require a 2/3 majority to change the Constitution. Go check it up if you don't believe. Unless the country has become a police state, then no need lah. No need to hurry too, it will become one soon enough if we are not careful.

To change the Constitutional law to an Islamic law (with Hudud as a part of it) does require a 2/3 majority in our Parliament to pass the law into effect. Now let us look at the number of PAS candidates contesting. Go HERE.

There are 222 parliamentary seats up for grabs. To get 2/3 majority requires at least 148 seats.

See, there are only 73 PAS candidates contesting the 222 Parliamentary seats available. Using a standard one math, that is 33% or roughly 1/3 of the total.

Let's say PR does manage to form the next govt. Let's say, PR wins 2/3 of the seats of the parliamentary seats they contested (which is, err, not quite likely i think). That would be 148 seats won by PR.

Let's say, PAS wins all the parliamentary seats they contested (which is, err, not very likely i think).  That would be all 73 parliamentary seats.

So, using logic and assuming we still have a democratic process, could PAS form enough majority to change the supreme law of the land to an Islamic one? Unless the other members, all 75 MPs of the other two parties (PKR and DAP) agrees to change the Constitutional Law to Islamic law, we will not have Hudud implemented in this country.

See, even if PAS wins all the seats they contested, they would still not be able to implement their Islamic law lah. Mathematics never lie one.

This scenario has been explained by so many others before me lah. It doesn't need a rocket science degree to figure out. Read this excellent article.

If you look at the poster carefully again, you will see that all the claims it made are mainly referenced to one source. Ya, 'The Star' and we all know who's the owner of that propaganda machine.

These kind of advertisements play on our emotions. They are in fact advertising "Fear". Fear is the strongest negative emotion and the opposite of the strongest positive emotion, "Love". It is the weapon of choice of oppressive regime.

Instead of spreading messages of love they put up fear to cower those who are ignorant into putting more power into their hand. Instead of placing messages of what they could do to make life better for the people if they are elected, they advocate what we, the people, should be afraid of if we choose "wrongly".

More importantly, those goons are still playing the race-and-religion card game. Look what they did - playing on the Malaysian Chinese fear of Malays and Islam. If they want to court the votes of Malaysian Chinese, they should just place what they can do to improve the lives of all Malaysians irrespective of ethnicity.

But they can't do that, of course, otherwise they're not called the MCA party. The name already reflects their "race-based" divide-and-rule party stance.

Look at the adverts on tv and radio, and you will noticed the one thing they have in common. Yalor, what else, they appeal to our most basic emotions lah. Our capacity to feel. Because we are humans mah, not like them - they're wolves in human, err sheep's clothing.

One advert shows how one poor family was helped by the handouts from the govt. Cue the little children having a simple meal and the parents being grateful for the money given by the govt. A normal human being would of course feel nostalgic for these scenes of kindness. i feel the same too, the first time seeing it.

But the rational, thinking side came up later and realized this is all for show. Yes, there are many poor families who lived like this and i'm not saying the state should not help them. i'm no Neo-Darwinist. Life is really not fair for many people in this world.

But showing this advert to the people doesn't mean they care for the people because they're only helping to address the symptom of the disease called poverty. We must understand who caused the poverty in the first place. We must address the cause and not the symptom.

Another matter is a question posed by Bfm the other day. It asked "should we vote for the person or the party? i have thought about this in the past too.

In an ideal situation, which i should take as a country with a two-party system and more democratic than our own, voting should be based on a particular person and not the party. We should based our vote on the person most capable of representing the people and who would serve his/her constituency well.

But we dont lived in that world. The situation is this country is unique in that it is very one-sided. There are many new faces contesting for both sides that we do not know if they're really capable or not. So, there may be good people contesting under the incumbent too. On the same logic, we should therefore choose the good ones irrespective of the parties they belonged to.

But, we do not know if they're good for the fact that they're new faces. But the biggest reservation i have is even though they may be good people who really want to contribute to the people, they have join the 'wrong' party. (Again, i have to suspend my belief here because no person, or very few people, would join politics to serve the people.)

No individual is strong enough to change a group that is corrupted. Unless the person has high principles like Gandhi, JFK, or John Lennon, he/she would only be corrupted by the power the group wields.

There's one more thing i need to say.

If the current govt remained, the cancer that is infecting our society will definitely get worse. The govt will further tighten its grip on power and many things we think is not important will become so once they're lost.

We can see this happening in many other countries in the world now. The powers that be are consolidating their power and humanity as a whole will suffer.

For those who can see how things are going, deep down in their hearts they will know this is true.

For the next five years, if humanity survived the turmoil that is happening around the world, those of us who still remained and our children will not be able to change things peacefully as we do now. If we or they want to change the situation, they will have to go through much hardship and pain.

But let's not be distracted and get let down so soon. Next Monday we will either see a new dawn in this land or we will see the status quo remained.

i'll borrow a quote from an online friend, "if you believe you can do something for this nation, regardless of how insignificant we are, just do it. It is our prerogative."

As the Nike slogan goes, "Just Do It-lah, dude".

Here are some reminders for those who are voting. Go HERE to read them.

If you choice is to vote this Sunday, please, vote wisely.
